Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items, and gift cards.*

Returning Product via Mail for a Refund:

  1. Contact freshtracksgf@gmail.com or (250) 442 1793 for an RA# and the shipping information to ship your item back for a refund. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt.
  2. Ship your package back via method (courier/Canada Post) of your choice. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Once the store receives your package we will refund your original payment method(s) within 5 business days.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size/colour, we suggest you return the item using the above steps and place a new order for the size/colour right away as this will avoid delays.

Shipping fees on the original purchase are non-refundable.

Return Your Online Purchase In-Store:

  1. Drop into our Fresh Tracks store with your item in brand new condition, your original receipt and the staff will look after you.
  2. You can request an Exchange or Refund. Note that refunds for Online orders may take up to 5 business days to process. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned

  • Avalanche Packs
  • Undergarments (excluding base layers)
  • Transceivers & Beacons
  • Bear Spray
  • Safety Gear
  • Swimwear (bottoms and one pieces)
  • Face coverings
  • Flammable Items
